Starting the Review
To request a review of a decision, you must complete and file a Request for Review (Form 2).
Responding to a Request for Review
If a regulator or other decision-maker has been served with a Request for Review, it must prepare and file the Record of the Decision-making Process with the Registrar within 15 days from the date of service of the Request for Review.
The regulator or decision-maker can request an extension of the 15 day time limit by advising the Registrar and all parties of its inability to provide the Record and the reasons for the requested extension. The Tribunal may grant or refuse an extension of the time for filing the Record. For more information, see rule 6.3.
